Digital Advertising Specialist

What you will be doing:
As the Digital Media Specialist, you will play a key role within the day-to-day planning and execution of digital media campaigns for a broad range of clients. In this role, you will:
- Develop media and campaign estimates
- Conduct keyword research, write ad copy and set-up paid search/paid social advertising campaigns (Google AdWords, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Perform ongoing review of ‘live’ campaigns, optimizing performance and moderating comments
- Manage and schedule social media content for agency and client pages
- Monitor campaign budgets across all digital media platforms
- Prepare analytics reports
- Assist with the account management of digital campaigns
- Stay up to date on digital media trends and industry best practices
What you will need for this position:
- Diploma or degree in digital advertising or communications is preferred
- Google Ads Certification
- Minimum 3 years of recent hands-on experience creating and optimizing campaigns on Facebook, Google and LinkedIn for multiple clients
- Exceptional copywriting skills with experience writing paid search/paid social ads
- Experience in managing social media content
- Experience developing short- and long-term media plans
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with tight timelines
- Exceptional organization skills and extreme attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
Your technical skills include:
- Google Ads Manager
- Facebook Ad Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Hootsuite
- Canva
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
What you will give you the edge:
- Experience working in an advertising agency environment
- Knowledge of recruitment advertising/marketing
- Google Analytics Certification
- Experience with campaign tracking and tagging tools (UTM, tag manager, Facebook conversion tracking, etc.)
- Bilingual English/French
